Brought my Jeep Wrangler in for service. The mechanics were super helpful, and actually talked me out of a few things I didn’t really need!

Bozzuto Motors has given me two great experiences and I just can't remain quiet. On Thursday, 12/21/23, my car gave me the warning that my stop lights were not working. I live alone, so I had no one to check my lights while I had my foot on the brake. On Friday, 12/22/23, I called Bozzuto to see if they were open. They were and my appointment was set for 11:00. I arrived at Bozzuto Motors at 10:48, I pulled up by the garage. A moment later, a green BMW pulls up next to me. I noticed the tag said Bozzuto, so I asked if it was okay for me to park there. Long story short, this gentleman was very kind & asked me why I was there; as I sat in the car, he proceeded to correct my problem w my brake lights. He had the correct bulb for my car & he fixed it. When he was finished, he said, "Merry Christmas". I asked him how much I owed him, and he said nothing. I looked at my clock & the time was 10:58. So, Bozzuto Motors' boss had my car completely fixed before my actual appointment. His mechanics were working on other cars in their garage, yet I was leaving with my car completely fixed & was given a beautiful gift for Christmas before my actual appointment began. My first amazing experience with Bozzuto was far more serious. My engine was leaking oil and my Check Engine light came on. I called a shop near my home & they said they'd have to do stats on it and that alone would cost between $200 to $300. My daughter-in-law recommended Bozzuto. I have a Fiat, the engine is in sideways & it is very hard to maneuver within the engine. They said they could do it and get the parts. About 2 to 3 hrs later, the car was finished & ready to pick up. Bozzuto only charged me $220!!! This includes everything, including the new part. I highly recommend Bozzuto Motors, I've never before had a mechanic's shop to be as honest, calming, friendly, fast, affordable & kind as Bozzuto Motors. They are a true blessing to me.

Shaun is the man! I came in with a coolant issue and he had me fixed up and on my way super quick. This was my first time at his shop and he’s now the first person I’ll go to when I need help. Thanks Shaun!

After installing a new headlight control module in my wife's bmw x3, it needed to be programmed. Five minute job that a few places I called wanted over a hundred dollars for. Stopped in to Bozzuto and they took care of it, no charge. That kind of customer service speaks volumes. I'll be back when the bmw needs work.
